8 Fun Activities for your Easter Party

Easter Sunday is just around the corner and it is the perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together to enjoy a fun-filled day with delicious food and entertainment. If you are planning a party this Easter but are clueless as to what activities would be apt to arrange for your guests, here are some enjoyable Easter-related events that both adults and children will love.

1.    Egg Painting

No Easter party will be complete without an egg painting session. Allow your guests to unleash their creativity to come up with the prettiest egg; prepare for this activity with a variety of colored paints, sparkly sprinkles, ribbons, glittery studs and crystals.

3.    Easter Egg Hunt

The ultimate Easter game can be organized anywhere and both adults and children alike love playing it! Head down to your local supermarket and fill a shopping basket up with all the delicious and beautiful chocolate eggs you can find in preparation for a fun egg scavenger hunt. Remember to hide all the eggs before your guests arrive and have enough baskets on hand to hold the eggs that each player finds.

4.    Egg Relay

Pass the egg in an exciting egg relay game! The rule of the game is to have a few players of the same team complete passing an egg from the first player to the last while balancing it on a spoon. To increase the difficulty of the egg relay, have players bite the handle of the spoon instead of holding it in their hands.

5.    Guess the Number of Eggs

You don’t have to play this game with eggs (use marbles instead) but it will certainly be suitable to do so on Easter Sunday! Fill a glass jar up with eggs and have participants guess the number of eggs there are in total. The one with the closest guess to the actual number wins this game.

6.    Bunny Hop

This is a great game to play if you have a large enough garden. You will have to prepare a few burlap sacks for this game and players will jump into these sacks and hop all the way to the finish line. The winner is the first one to complete the race. To make the bunny hop race more interesting, have ‘hoppers’ put on their self-made bunny ears!

7.    Pin the Tail on the Bunny

This is a variation of the classic “Pin the Tail on the Donkey”, modified to suit an Easter-themed party. Print out a large cartoon illustration of the most adorable bunny you can find and craft a fluffy bunny tail from some yarn, attach one side of Velcro on the tail and the other side of Velcro on the cartoon bunny picture, place the picture on the wall and let the game behind! Players will take turns to attempt to pin the tail on the bunny while blindfolded.

8.    Coloring

Wind the party down with a relaxing and quiet coloring session. There are many Easter-related coloring pages available for you to print online; all you need to do is to print the pages and prepare color pencils or crayons.

These activities will definitely leave your guests entertained this Easter. Now, it's time to get your house ready for that awesome party with FIX8 cleaning services. And hey, we can help clean up after the party too when you are high from having too many hot cross buns.
